AIRHOGS' HARDEN NAMED AMERICAN ASSOCIATION PITCHER OF THE WEEK

DURHAM, NC- The official statistician of the American Association, Pointstreak, has announced that Grand Prairie AirHogs RHP Trevor Harden (pictured) has been named this week’s Pointstreak Pitcher of the Week for the week ending August 3.

Harden was dominant in his start on Wednesday against the Lincoln Saltdogs at Haymarket Park in Lincoln. He pitched a complete game, allowing one unearned run on five hits and two walks while striking out five. The AirHogs won 5-1.

On the season, Harden is now 6-2 with a 3.93 ERA in 13 games, all starts. He has struck out 69 batters in 87 innings.

The AirHogs will continue a home series with the Laredo Lemurs tonight at 7:05 p.m. Central time at QuikTrip Park in Grand Prairie.
